I can't say enough wonderful things about Molesworth! They did a awesome job organizing and preparing my mother's service. From the flowers to parking to the cemetery. They did this in a kind and professional manner. Their customer service is great.

If I could give a zero I would. We were not welcomed to this funeral home like one should be after the tragic loss of their 5 year old child. There was no compassion whatsoever only business and no accommodations were made to try and help us. We only knew how busy and backed up you were. No thoughtful recommendations on another place that could accommodate the date we needed. Shame on you. Shame on you. We found a beautiful place to handle the arrangements for our daughter, Stauffer in Frederick. Take some lessons them. I hate to know you people had anything to do with transporting my daughter anywhere.

Avoid this place. My mother passed away unexpectedly and since we live so close to Molesworth, we decided to have her taken there. They were clearly more about money than sympathy and your passed loved one. They showed no sympathy. This goes especially for the director. Some of the other staff were very nice. They of course charged for every little thing. $250 for the "sedan" to go pick up the death certificates (which I'm sure were mailed to them anyway.) $650 for the "hearse" to transport my mom from our home, two miles away, to Molesworth. This "hearse" was just a white van. With COVID, we were unable to hold a service at a church. So, we unfortunately had to hold the service at the funeral home. This place is so old and outdated. They would not even make a bulletin for us--we had to make our own. They would not let us live stream due to "lack of equipment." We even had to bring our own speaker. They did a terrible job with my mother's makeup. I provided multiple pictures and explained in depth how she wore her makeup. I even provided the makeup she uses. All she wore was eyeliner and mascara. The mascara was a big clumped mess and the eyeliner was smudged---it was gaudy. I was very disappointed with Molesworth every step of the way and am sad that this place was even a part of my mother's passing.
