It's been almost 2 months now since my dad passed away. As sudden as it all felt, we actually had a little over a week to plan for his services. It's an odd feeling shopping around for funeral homes. There were some that were eerie and seriously felt like a haunted house, some that felt cold, like someone was selling us a car and then there was Hilton. Hilton was warm, comforting and was exactly its name...a home - a home that welcomed us like family. We initially spoke with Woody (Mr. Hilton) who was super responsive in calling us back and accommodating a meeting for us. He scheduled us with his daughter Stephanie who was beyond helpful and supportive. As soon as she welcomed us, we instantly knew Hilton was the right place for my dad. Not only could it accommodate our large family and the cost was a lot more reasonable compared to other homes, but the home itself just had a warm presence. Stephanie was wonderful to work with as well. She practically held our hands through the whole process, which was comforting considering the roller coaster of emotions our family was going through. She was super accommodating, always quick to reply, clearly provided us all the information we needed and even went as far as dropping off paperwork at our home. We can’t thank her enough for helping us through such a difficult time. The service itself was everything we could hope for. There was plenty of parking for our visitors, enough space indoors for our family & friends to gather, lots of areas to place personal photos and a tv screen to post a digital slideshow. The best part was the enclosed patio. The Hilton family set up two small tables for refreshments and packaged treats we brought ourselves. Our guests appreciated the setup and it helped to have that area for the kids as well. Stephanie also connected us with a local pastor and set up military honors for the burial. Both the funeral and burial service were beautiful. Everyone who attended praised the home and the service. It was genuinely the best we could ask for to honor our dad. Thank you so much to the entire Hilton family for helping us through our loss and sharing your home with us. Your compassion and first-class service is beyond 5 stars!

My dad passed July 4, 2022. A few weeks before his passing, I was referred to Hilton Funeral Home and met with Mr. Hilton. He took the time to talk over the phone and to meet in person to provide guidance and pricing for all different options. He understood we had questions and was responsive via text, phone and email. We were very comfortable though the whole process. The price was also good and he kept his word about the estimates he gave me over the phone. When the time came, he and his wife came to pick up my dad and they treated him with respect. We asked if they could shave my dad as he's been hospitalized for a while. When the funeral came, I noticed they did such a great job with cleaning him, he was cleanly shaven and they even trimmed his hair to make him look cleaner. This meant so much for us! My heart is still in pain for the loss of my dad but Hilton Funeral made the whole process easier. They took care of everything we needed down to the burial. The Castillo family will forever thank you for taking care of our dad so well and we will always recommend you.

We lost my father in 2019. This past year has been tough, emotional and everyday is a new opportunity to thank all, friends and family, for all the support. Today I would like to express my appreciation to Hilton Funeral Home family who overachieve our expectations. They took care my daddy very well, and his service was fabulous. I could not have been more satisfy with the service in those painful moments. Also, thank you so much Hilton Funeral Home family for the letter you sent on my daddy's first anniversary.
