TMS gave us exemplary, personal service! My mother-in-law passed away on Aug 2nd. I contacted TMS the next day and by Aug 5th all arrangements were made and her obituary was posted. TMS took care of her cremation; we will have her interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery. TMS made the first contact with ANC and explained the process to us. Jamie, Jayde, and Richard treated us with kindness and respect throughout the process.

Let me tell you, my sister and I called them on various occasions with last minute changes or questions and they never once made us feel like we were a burden. My sister and I had no clue how the whole passing process occurred let alone dealing with funeral homes. The funeral director and many of the staff are well versed in their work and explain everything very well. I know I sound redundant but the empathy laid out was like a blanket of comfort for my sister and I to feel at ease despite the amount of sadness and pressure we were in during the whole process.
