From the very beginning they were attentive, kind, and compassionate, and put our minds at ease after the shock of losing our dad. Steve walked us through everything, answered every question we had and took great care of our family. He truly went above and beyond. My family has been having funerals at Keeney and Basford for generations. They have always treated us fairly and with utmost respect. We recently had my father’s funeral here in July of this year. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and caring to our needs. They helped us from beginning to end of the process. They were very understanding and compassionate to our needs and helped us in every way to plan our Dads passing. They were considerate to our finances and didn’t try to push us into anything that we couldn’t afford which means a lot. Everyone wants to give their loved ones a nice funeral. I’m very Thankful and Happy with the compassion and care we were given . Paul and David were very kind and considerate and done everything possible to help us through this time. They even reached out afterwards wanting to know if there was anything we needed or they could do to help us through our grief.
