My family has used Midwest Cremation in 2014 and again in 2024 both times are experience with them has been superior. I reached out to Troy before my mom passed away. He suggested I do the paperwork before my mom passed away through a link he sent me on phone. When my mom passed away she was picked up promptly. I called him the following morning and asked if my mom's ashes could be mailed to me out of state as I came in from out of state and after being away from home for two weeks I just wanted to go home. He assured me that he could do that and I need not worry. I received my mom's ashes all wonderfully and securely packaged. All of this was done within a week of my mom passing away.
