What can I say? Diana is amazing. She made my dad’s passing (an awful experience) into an efficient and smooth experience in the end. She honored my father in her interactions, was forthcoming with all the needed information, and was always accessible to answer questions or make arrangements. Her wisdom on how this process works and her willingness to help and quickly get the answers we needed makes her a gem!!! She’s one of my kindred now. ♥️

My grandpa was a well loved man and we had his funeral at Penwell Gabel. They were amazing! The things that stood out to me that I had never seen at a funeral home before was that Kleenex were provided to every row, there was a mini fridge well stocked with waters and different sodas. Kleenex and water is a must for me at a funeral and especially at my grandfather's. Even when the funeral had wrapped up and we were discussing how to load up the flowers we were told to leave them and the director would deliver them to the house later. In our hour of grief, this funeral home handled our family with kid gloves and care and it's very much appreciated.
