Boswer Johnson is a great Funeral Home to work with. All but (1) Family Member has went to this Funeral Home. They didn’t rush through the Family Meeting, or when we didn’t have all the paperwork, or time, they were very patience. I would recommend there Services, to any Family. Thank You for the Great Job, you did on our Dad, and Service.

I would not recommend this funeral home. The customer service was disjointed and staff clashed with our family members. We did not feel like they ever assumed responsibility for coordinating the funeral arrangements. Instead we were constantly calling with questions and reminders regarding the death certificate, transport of the body, funeral service planning and the obituary. Instead of diminishing my family’s stress during our time of grieving, they added to it. Our experience was not worth the $11,000 we paid. I recommend the business be sold to a new owner who understands the importance of superior customer service.

Recently my mother pasted away and Rumsey funeral home of Lawrence went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friends. They waited around till 8 pm so my friends could say her goodbyes the day she pasted away. Unlike Bowser Johnson who treated my friend's father so disrespectful. They wouldn't let him be with his son so he could say his goodbyes and they had him for 6 days. They had no compassion and treated him like an alien. He finally got to be with his son 5 minutes before the services. People like that shouldn't be allowed to be in the industry!!! It devastated him and still hasn't recovered from it 3 weeks later. I have never known anyone to be so cold and inconsiderate in the family of grieving. I would never give them the honor to take care of my family or friends not even my worst enemy!!!
