Meghan was absolutely fantastic in helping me prepare for everything prior to my mom’s passing. She was quick to answer any questions I had and reassured me of my decisions. After my mom passed and was cremated, I finally got the change to meet Meghan in person and she is absolutely the most genuine soul. I couldn’t have done this without her help. She made the hardest time in my life a little easier by just being so kind and helpful!

From the initial contact when my mom passed, to the tiny details that needed attending to, Meghan was there to guide me. The website was easy to share with friends and loved ones in any form we chose. Not only was the site easy to adapt to my mom's lifestyle and memory but also so organized and user friendly that anyone could add photos and memories to the page easily. The assistance provided by Meghan throughout this hard time was invaluable and there was never a time when Meghan could not be reached if I needed her guidance. My husband & I had already purchased pre-paid plans from Michigan Cremation and are so very happy that we did! After having this experience with Meghan and the rest of the staff I know we could not have chosen a better path.

The people at the Crematorium are very helpful and very very caring people. If. You call and get the answering service they WILL call back right away and are very compassionate and they really do care about the service they are providing for you and your family in this terrible time .I would like to thank them again for all they have done for me and my family during this tragic event.....
