I had an unexpected death occur and I have had other family members go through this funeral home for previous loved ones just recently but I didn’t officially deal with the process. But when it was my turn, I was truly amazed! I was a mess. Very stressed and overwhelmed! My loved one had absolutely nothing in place and I had limited funds. When I first reached out to Ofield they were very patient, called me and kept me updated and always returned my call after hours within a timely manner. They made the process so easy and stress free! They are affordable and very professional! When we went to pick up my loved one, we were guided into a room. I was emotional and when they brought my loved one in, the lady was so compassionate. She was patient with us and also helped with obtaining some information for my husband when his father passed prior without hesitation. I give this place the best review! They are respectful, compassionate, patient and so many more things. I can’t thank them enough! They have a very beautiful facility as well! I definitely will be using them in the future!

It is always a sad time when you have this need. I used Ofield for my mom two years ago and my dad this past August. I first went for the reasonable cremation pricing for my mother. In both cases, the small visitation set up by the Ofield team prior to cremation fit the need perfectly. Staff was very attentive and flexible. Sadly, now using Ofield again for my mother in-law.

I didn't want to use their services but unfortunately, that isn't a reality. With the sudden death of my mother, Ofield went above and beyond to bring comfort while providing compassionate care. With any questions, they made me feel seen and heard. I will only recommend Ofield for cremation services. The price was fair & the add-ons were impeccable. Thank you Ofield family for giving myself, and my family a place to let my mother know we love her deeply and that even in death, she still means the world to us.
