Losing our mother was devastating. Preparing for her funeral arrangements was something we were not looking forward to it. Raymer-Kepner made the entire process for my Mother’s funeral so much easier. It was a difficult time for me. Erin provided a checklist and made recommendations to assist in planning. Her team had everything covered including coordinating with the National Cemetery for Veterans for the burial, and even provided catering options for the meal after the service. Ron made sure the service ran smoothly. Johnathan and Ricky were on site at the VA cemetery. They were all extremely professional, courteous and understanding.

The staff was incredible to work with. They were so accommodating, understanding and gracious on the two occasions we have chosen them for services for our loved ones. I have highly recommended them to others, who were equally as pleased with how easy they made this aspect of a difficult time.
