It is with the sincerest gratitude that my family and I have for Ms. Velma, Mr. Leon and the staff at Memorial Funeral Home. The loss of our beloved mother, Olivia, was devastating and so very painful for our family. Ms. Velma, Mr. Leon and their staff were so incredibly supportive, empathic and professional through all of the phases of the services they provided for mom. My family and I are eternally grateful for their wonderful and compassionate service. Memorial Funeral Home made us feel like we were part of their family. That is treatment that is invaluable to our family.

My friends service was from 5-8 it was 7:40 and they were already telling the family even the parents to leave The slideshow stopped playing after 1 hour and we tried calling someone cause there was no one there The operator said that she would have someone go immediately. Nobody went to turn on the slideshow till 740. The Man walked in, but he started telling everyone they had to leave already and it was till 8:00 pm . the day of the burial they lowered the casket and right away told the family since they had gone in the limo that they had to depart back to the funeral home, which didn’t allow the family to see them put the dirt on top of the casket or see them put the flowers on top because they had to leave… horrible place no comparison no sympathy for the family I would never want to have any of my family there .. the mariachi got there and they were rushing them and then they started to take roses off the arraignments to give to people to put on the casket One arraignment was angel wings and red roses in the middle and they were taking the roses off leaving the arraignment to look ugly

very rude funeral director, she was absolutely terrible during our burial. Its hard enough to go through a loss. you would think people working at a FUNERAL HOME would understand and try to be understanding or genuine, which the lady that worked with us was not. I do not know her name, but she was very passive aggressive and cold the entire time.
