They need to reconsider their staffing decisions. What’s another word for incompetence? That’s what it’s been like for the past few weeks as my father has been trying to have my uncle cremated after his passing. There is a complete lack of communication in this facility. It is Not worth the headache because that is all it has been.

Staff at Guiding Light were professional and empathetic at our time of need. After losing a loved one we were overwhelmed and devastated but felt comfortable with their suggestions. All of our requests were honored and carried out at their facility which was immaculate and welcoming. At such a difficult and emotional time the staff went above and beyond what we have experienced with other funeral facilities. Definitely recommend them.
