Horrible experience. Go elsewhere—run! I have been pursuing a plate for the foot marker on my moms grave for over a year now. It’s paid for but I can’t get it ordered. Couldn’t get it ordered under old ownership and now not under new ownership either! They keep losing files and have no record of anything they say. They just don’t seem to have an interest in actually doing anything. Take my advice. Avoid these people. They are very unprofessional and really just incompetent.

My Grandparents and my sister are here. Owners do not take care of the grounds. Every Memorial Day weekend you can go and see family after family who have to bring rakes, brooms, weed eaters and cleaners to care for the final resting place of their loved ones. My mother was told “decoration day” is a community led event and they are not responsible. That’s true. They are not “responsible“ at all and no family member should be left in the destructive and incapable hands of this cemetery. Families should only have to visit on Decoration day to dress the graves with flowers. We should not be having to do your job!!! If you KNOW that families visit this time of year, you should have mowed the grass a day or two before. Aside from that you should care for your grounds regularly...Today families were gathered around upset of the state this place was in. It was a tragedy to see 70 year old widows on their knees trimming weeds. You should be ashamed of yourselves Memorial Gardens!!

Went to visit my dads grave in Feb 2019 because it was his birthday. There was several equipmemt tracks across several graves in the area. I called the office to ask they to look at fixing it and as of 3/17/19 it still has not been fixed. Also a office employee "Savannah" i believe is her name came to my dads grave and asked me to leave the property because i took a picture of my dads grave. She said it was private property and the owner wanted me removed. Another lady i believe "Courtney" in the funeral home called the police and had me pulled over when i left the cemetery. After stating the facts to the police about my visit to the cemetery they did say it was NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY. Memory lane is a county road that goes down beside the cemetery. Its time we stop being bullied and taken advantage of because families care!!! Something is done with the employees, stock holders and owners. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!
