November 3. 2022, my husband, Michael W Ralph, was laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. I have struggled many many hours about sharing my disappointment of the graveside service music. The music that was chosen was very personal and meaningful to me. The ancient equipment that was used could hardly be heard. Because of this oversight sentimental specially chosen music was not heard by by many and not appreciated by other, and certainly embarrassed by me. I expected more.

Our family has used Maley-Yarbrough for all of our loved ones funerals. It pains me to write this review, but we are so disappointed by the back office at Maley-Yarbrough. We are trying to close our loved one's affairs, but the office failed to submit for a death certificate and then submitted an outdated form to the state a couple of weeks later. We would just like to close our loved one's affairs and start the healing process, but we are stuck in limbo due to carelessness and inattentiveness of the staff.
