Just can’t say enough about the wonderful care from Covington Funeral Home. The whole staff was amazing! Madison was so caring and kind. She lead us through the process in such a compassionate way. She was so patient and comforting through everything. Their aftercare is such a blessing. Kathy has been so helpful with all the details that we would have been overwhelmed by like dealing with policies, bank accounts and many other things we wouldn’t have thought of right until later. They made it less painful and that says so much!

I couldn’t imagined how amazing any funeral home could be as this one. Madison was extremely kind and thoughtful of our grief. We went in there believing they would try to take advantage of us during this time as another funeral home had years ago, but at no point did she. Madison actually went above and beyond for us, she even stayed over for us and didn’t even mention it until we asked her what time she got off. Then we ended up emailing her numerous times and she had no problem with that either, she was incredibly patient with us and never acted the slightest bit aggravated. They cover everything you will need at a time like this, they even sent e-mails with information, ( like social security and everything else after care with contact information) we need that you don’t immediately think of. She even called the florist and let them know we were on our was because they were closing soon. We even made changes the day of and she was fine with that as well. Everything was as nice a it could possibly be at this time, everyone was very sweet and considerate.
