People pay a lot for funeral services. Other funeral homes have a stationary/ permanent camera set up for live streaming to Facebook or etcetera for loved ones to attend that could not be there physically. Not a person holding a phone with a shaky hand. Also you could hear the person that was holding said phone laughing with other people who attended the service. Which isn't such a bad thing but the laughing was so loud that it took away from being able to hear the pastor /speaker that was talking. The audio was poor as the sound was choppy. The camera wasn't steady. It was a terrible experience.

Austin and his staff was wonderful. Very professional, kind, and caring. His mother did a great job for the showing. There were little extra things that made a big difference. We were very well pleased in every way. Thanks Austin The Pegg Famiy and the Lee Family.
