My father passed away May 2023. My father was the best man that walked this planet. Purposely cutting me out, my two older siblings, Sergio Benitez and Liliana Simms, for the purpose to steal my father's estate from my father, brought my father here to be cremated when OUR father only dying wish was to be buried because that was his right and religious beliefs. INSTEAD, Slyvester worked with these two low life's to have our mother, who is currently in an ALF with full blown Alzheimer's to the point where she can't remember her children, to come into their office to sign paperwork to have my father cremated against his wishes. It is also my mothers religious belief to be buried and not cremated. If my mother didn't have Alzheimer's or maybe not to the extent where she currently is unfortunately, there's no way in hell or Earth my mother would have signed cremation paperwork on her husband. I attempted to have a conversation with the owners of this business however I kept being told that the owner was on vacation for weeks so I filed a complaint with the state again this company. I know when people die they think their body is just trash but it's not. Please be careful what you do with your loved one after they pass. But more importantly please please please please please please please be careful who is doing it. There's no way on Earth that what they did to my father and mother is a first-time deal. I believe that the authorities will get to the bottom of this and I truly truly know and believe that the big man upstairs who watches every single thing we do we'll take care of Sylvester and everyone else who was involved in this disgusting act. My father came from Cuba in the early sixties. Everywhere he went it said no pets no kids no cubans. My parents know what racism is cuz they had to deal with it in this country every single day. But instead of sitting in a corner and causing chaos and complaining about their situation, my parents just got up busted their butt and worked hard. My father the gentleman who they cremated, was a pioneer of the internet for the state of New York when the internet and the cell phone towers started going up on the island of New York New York and the state. What might you older siblings have done for money that we can make on our own is disgraceful but for this funeral home to aid in a bet their disgusting behavior is beyond and I will continue to fight for all those that can't fight for themselves.

I just want to thank the wonderful staff who went above and beyond for my father during the loss of his mother. The staff not only observed but noticed the mistreatment my father was getting from his own family. I cannot express my gratitude and what they did for my father by providing a designated time for him and his mother. So he could say his last goodbye and spend time with her. Thank you all for everything you all have done during this time. Words cannot express my gratitude for going above and beyond for my father. Thank you.

From the moment that we stepped in The funeral Director, who took care of us was an amazing person, her concern and thoughts for us and for our dear Natividad Diaz mom was her main priority. She went above and beyond the call of her duties. I’ve never seen anyone take on such responsibilities like she did also I want to add Sandy she was fantastic. She also went out of her way to show such compassion for us. She hold our hands hugged us, cried with us. I’ve never seen such compassion and love. They are wonderful. They work things out so well that I know that Mom would be so happy no wonder she picked your place. She knew in her heart that you all would take care of her and her family. Thank you for having such wonderful people working and willing to extend their hearts, their love, their compassion their wisdom during the most difficult time of our life. you all made a wonderful choice in selecting such wonderful people to protect the lost during such difficult days and I can’t thank you enough.
