They were great. Other Funeral homes were not up front on pricing (they would not email me the price and said that if we did not sign before the death, that the price would go up). Swilley shows all of their pricing up front and do not tie you down to a down payment to secure prices. The prices were 1/2 and even 1/3 the price of other local funeral homes. Kathy was knowledgeable and compassionate and she guided us through the process. They set up a beautiful service at St. Lawrence Church and followed all of our wishes. They did a great job preparing my mother in law and presented her in a beautiful and respectful way. After the service, Kathy continued to be very helpful and honest (she reminded us that we had credits for the Mausoleum and never took advantage of us). This is a very difficult time for families and I believe that some of these other business prey on grieving families. Swilley did a great job for a very fair price.

Wonderful family owned and operated funeral home. Kathy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions and flexible with meeting times which was much appreciated. The memorial service and cremation services provided were professional, priced well and able to be scheduled for the same week as the passing of our loved one. We are grateful to have found Swilley and highly recommend them to entrust with end of life arrangements for your loved one through a difficult time of loss.

My Dad passed in May of this year. We were referred to Swilley Funeral Home by Rest Haven Memorial. When we arrived Kathryn was straight forward and provided us everything that it would cost and take for them to help us. Their rates were by far the most affordable and they took care of everything. They made sure to pick up my Dad from the hospital the same day. As his only daughter this was hard for me but Kathryn took care of it along with David and kept my wishes of how I wanted things to go. We did a graveside ceremony and Kathryn and David arrived on time with my Dad and remained there the whole service. My dad was laid to rest in peace and it all was great thanks to them! I would recommend them to anyone in this situation. They will do all they can to make sure you are able to lay your loved one to rest in peace. I cant thank them enough for all they have done and I will forever be grateful to them.
