Antonia Riojas January 4, 1936 – July 27, 2024 Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes in Aransas Pass, Texas is the best of the best.  Lindsey S. Marlatt was the Funeral Director who we met that helped us make the arrangements for mommy's funeral that turned out so beautiful.  Lindsey was very compassionate, caring and efficient.  She helped us so much with every single detail to perfection. It was a very difficult time for us, but she was so patient and never rushed us on anything.  We had many questions, we changed things around at times, but she remained caring and positive, she never questioned us. When I told her Gpa wanted the funeral recorded, she told me she would live stream it and what couldn't be live stream she would record herself, which she did.  She told me it was an honor to serve our family, and that mommy has a special family. Lindsey texted me after the cousins went to do mommy’s makeup, hair and nails to tell me they did a good job, and that mommy looked beautiful.  Lindsey surprised us with the sewing table that she did on her own making it extra special. She was very understanding and did her absolute best, she was a professional, but we made a friend.  No words can express how truly blessed we were to have Lindsey as our funeral director.  God placed Lindsey in our path.  She honored our mother, and we will forever remember that.  Her manager, Aaron Jayne, General Manager, fixed my mom’s dress so pretty on the mannequin stand, which was another special unexpected thing.  Eddie Redmond, Service Director, was the one that came to pick up mommy at the apt after she passed away, he was so patient and understanding, the place was full of family who had begun arriving to say goodbye to our beloved mother, he never rushed us, waited until we were ready to let her leave.

I would like to say this funeral home did such an amazing job for my grandmother funeral. They where so welcoming to us as we are a large family. They treated us with such amazing memories of our grandmother and treated us as we were part of their family. Lindsey did such an amazing job help my Aunt out in honoring our grandmother. I highly recommend them for your love ones. Lindsey went out of her way to decorate this amazing table in honor of my grandmother passion.

My husband and I lost our newborn baby. He had a rare condition that we had to go to Houston to attempt to help him. He passed away at 2 days old. Aron from Charlie Marshall went all the way there to pick him up for us. The next day my husband and I had to meet with Lindsey to make the arrangements. Both Lindsey and Aron went above and beyond for my family during this difficult time. They were caring and felt our pain. They made an extremely difficult time easier because of how attentive they were. Lindsey wrote the most beautiful obituary for my baby boy. She cared for him and loved him like he was her own. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my son to be taken care of then Charlie Marshall in the warm arms of Lindsey and Aron. Thank you both so much for everything. Words cannot describe how much comfortable yall put in this broken hearted mommas heart.
