I was unhappy with the service because they gave me misinformation about the status of my mom's body, and when they mailed her ashes, they told me they would call me with the tracking number. Not only were they two weeks late in sending the ashes they didn't tell me the tracking number, so the day they arrived, I was not prepared for them.
