From beginning to end, to pk up, care and preparation for his final earthly experience Ballard, especially Hailama Kahele, was soooo professional, caring and helpful and very, very kind. Our experience in planning my husband’s Celebration of Life at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary was a very pleasant experience. No one ever wants to be in a position to plan an event like this but Hailama Kahele was so easy to work with. He was extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
