I had the pleasure of working with Laura Velez and Kenneth Peele to order keepsake urns for my family and I after losing my grandmother. Although we did not arrange services with them at their facility, they treated me as if I did by providing exceptional service. I received the contract barely an hour after I confirmed my order with them (late on a Friday afternoon at that). My order arrived the following Wednesday to my surprise and the butterfly urns are absolutely stunning! We can’t thank them enough for their kind professionalism which made an emotional experience that much easier!

The ceremonies went very well for my mom passing on Tuesday and on Sunday the ceremonies went smoothly. I purchased my future in this site as well, and Sol did a wonderful job in communicating with me as well as easing my demise in the future.

We went to Lakeside Memorial a few weeks ago to plan our funerals. We are approaching our 70’s and thought it was a good time to do so. We scheduled an appointment with Joseph Becerra. Despite how emotional and stressful the situation was, Joseph made everything smooth and easy. He went over all the details and gave us all the information needed.
