Everyone at the Memorial Plan Funeral Home was extremely helpful, communicative, and accommodating, especially William Vivar. He and the staff were excellent in helping with transferring my grandmother and step father’s ashes. Highly recommended and we will continue to utilize their services.

The passing of my mother has been one of the hardest things that we have endured as a family. We were assisted by Janelle Leon at Memorial Plan Westchester. She was so patient, caring, and attentive with us. She was there with us every step of the way. With the emotionally difficulty that comes with losing a family member, having someone as wonderful as Janelle handling all the details, it takes a huge load off of the family's shoulders. We can't thank you enough.

We lost my brother in law early this year and had his viewing at Memorial Plan Westchester. For the most part, the staff was helpful, kind, and supportive. The viewing and burial went as planned with no problems. It was a seamless experience. The only dissapointment was the grossly inflated prices they charge for coffee and or snacks. I was quoted over $200 for coffee! They prohibit you from bringing coffee or snacks. They use to have a room with a coffee machine and tables you could use if you wanted to provide for your guests. That was discontinued. I find it to be abusive during a time of grief.
