This place is very unprofessional and it feels like they take advantage of you at your most vulnerable moment. Jay was very rude in trying to explain “additional costs” which is a very vague statement in the contract and isn’t properly explained at the time of signing. They seem to not care about your loss and care more about nickel and dimming you in the end. They really need to make their contract clear and have a supervisor available for when matters like this come up. I personally would not do anymore business with this place. Try and find yourself a more reputable funeral home with a clear contract where your loved ones won’t be taken advantage of in your final moments.

They LIE, they are UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, they DON’T CARE to fix their MISTAKES, and they CHANGE their PRICES depending on who you speak to. BEWARE!! THEY ARE CROOKS! This was my experience with them: My father passed away on Monday morning. I called to request their services that afternoon and I wanted to come in to finalize the arrangements. Mr. Jimenez gave me a price and told me not to come in that afternoon. He urged me to come in the next morning and speak to Enrique instead. I was a bit skeptical so before hanging up, I asked him to confirm that he had taken down my father’s information and that the price would be honored the next morning. Mr. Jimenez chuckled at my request and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of in the morning and that there wasn’t going to be a change in price or service offered. Come next morning, when I speak to Enrique, he has no record of my request or my call with Mr. Jimenez. He gives me a quote that is almost $2,000 more than Jimenez’ quote and when I ask why the difference, he says that he doesn’t know how Jimenez came to such a price. We ask to speak to the manager (who is sitting and listening to the whole thing unravel in the next office) but he refuses to come speak to us. We ask that Mr. Jimenez be called to clear up the whole situation- and they refuse. Enrique then tells us to ask around other funeral homes and get other quotes- like if we are shopping around for a used car. Instead of making this process easier to bear, trying to correct their mistake, or even showing some concern for the situation, this felt like something they are used to Mr. Jimenez doing on a regular basis. Perhaps that is how they lure their customers in- taking advantage of such a painful and vulnerable time. Who is in the mood to argue with such craziness?! Needless to say- I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

This place is very unprofessional. During the viewing, we heard loud hammering noises in a room right next to the couches where I was sitting. Then a man came out with bloody gloves on like nothing. The couches are old. When you sit down you sink in deep, which makes it hard to get up. Horrible and unprofessional place.
