Kay is so sweet she helped me out last year making the arrangements and helping setting up my dad’s funeral she is super nice and really cares! She even made sure I was taken care of made sure I was ok she is the best officer manager!

My grandpa recently passed away, and I made funeral arrangements with Lissette and Kay. Kay made sure all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, and she made sure my family was comforted through the entire process. The funeral was the Sunday after he passed, and the preparations were completed very swiftly. During the funeral, Kay made sure everyone was comfortable and catered to any needs from my friends and family. I could not be happier with how everything turned out, and its all thanks to the team at Caballero Rivero. I am 100% coming here again whenever someone else in my family passes away.
