This was one of the most professional funeral homes I’ve ever interacted with. My dad would be proud of the home going he received here. All of the family and friends were so impressed with the services provided. We were informed of what to expect every step of the way. My dad looked like he was sleeping; none of that unsightly clay looking color was seen on his skin or lips. The cost was also reasonable for the services we received. We would definitely use Krause in the future. We are so grateful to them!

I utilized Krause for my daughter’s cremation and service after attending a visitation there. I was impressed with the facility and staff, and made an appointment to discuss our families needs. My expectations were exceeded by each person I encountered. I found the attention to detail, anticipation of needs and follow through uncommon. All targets set and commitments made to us were met. A point of contact was clearly identified and easily accessible through various forms of communication. Friends and family attending the service have been very vocal in their praise. The “after service” check ins and references have assisted me in working through my sorrow and sadness. I am thankful I selected their team.

Although I have, for years, made these arrangements, no one is ever 100% prepared for when the time arrives. The Milwaukee location Krause staff are some of the kindest people I've met. Funeral Director, Tonia H., kept me updated constantly and was so empathetic during this difficult time for me. She went over and above for me, many times. Tonia is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of Krause's services. The funeral home is kept extremely clean and kept. The chapel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are also kept beautiful and respectful. Everything went perfect for my family, friends and I, in respect to my dear father's service.
