This place is a joke. They made a travesty of my father's funeral service, and treated me & my family quite shabbily. Ultimately my family & I had to write & file a 50 page complaint letter, our experience was so bad. They lied about many things, such as having the ability to allow us to play our own choice of music; stole or destroyed personal property, such as our flowers and electronic equipment I was forced to go back home & bring back to use for the service, stole my father's shoes, absolutely unbelieveable. The person in charge screamed at me for taking one of the memorial cards that we had paid for, and treated me like some kind of hoodlum. Also the funeral directors spoke on their mobiles during the service, couldn't even have the decency to leave the chapel. And they kicked us out before the preacher had even finished. The whole thing was a disorganized joke. It would be better to just be placed in a trash bag next to the curb than have a funeral at/by this place. My father didn't look at all like himself either. Absolutely do not recommend.
