Completely unprofessional and lack of compadsion for a grieving family. The service for my grandmother was supposed to begin an hour ago, because the priest they originally booked was nowhere to be found and they booked someone last minute who was double booked (without us ever being informed) and so they called someone last minute who is "on their way" with no ETA. Lenny told me to "relax" and was sarcastic asking us if we needed to get to "a meal or something" and told us that "there is no timeline". They clearly don't care about professionalism and they treat us as if we are overreacting and asking too much when we are trying to celebrate the life of a woman we all miss and love. The priest still has not arrived btw. Obviously nothing can be done now but this treatment is appalling and the lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional. Beware. These people do not care about your ceremony and treat you as an afterthought and a nuisance. UPDATE 6/22 - Received a reply to this review with finally a real explanation of what happened, yet no real accountability for how we were treated by their staff member and the assertion that we just 'perceived' it poorly. I have worked in customer service for years and am a human being who understands that things happen and I also understands when a person is being dismissive, disrespectful, and rude. I stand by my experience because after all, your business is in handling the experience of others. Unless of course all you care about is your sales and the bottom line? Dreadful. Don't come to me months after the fact trying to politely tell me that we just took things the wrong way. In what world is it ever fine to tell someone with genuine concerns to "Sit down and relax" as if I was screaming and waving my arms around? And to joke that we maybe had other places to be? And to say that they didnt need to talk to me because they already talked to my mother, when my family asked me to speak on their behalf? You would have been better off not responding to my review at all. These people absolutely do not care about anything except saving face and the previously mentioned bottom line.

Rude and unprofessional beyond belief! Lenny (guy with a mustache and glasses, I don't know if he's the director or manager or whatever) lied repeatedly about the arrival time of the priest for our funeral service, before admitting the priest was double booked (our party had confirmed the day before!). He then told us "Do you have somewhere to be? Just sit down and relax." Unbelievable, SO callous and uncaring. Stay far away from these con artists and liars. Shame on them for taking advantage of people in mourning.

Stopped to find a long lost relative, office staff was very helpful and organized, grounds were well maintained, as a funeral worker from fresno my thanks, great job
