I called Devito for help with my mom's cremation. They are local to me and provided excellent service by responding immediately, taking care of all of the logistical and administrative details promptly and accurately, and being very responsive to my questions. More than that, though, was their compassionate and kind demeanor when I picked up my mom's ashes -- Joh had also collected some of my mother's remaining possessions from the hospital and presented me with them. It was very comforting to have his help and gentle support in the aftermath of my mom's death.
