Shirley and her team are amazing. They were very hospitable towards our family during our preplanning and at my loved one's homegoing. My family member looked very good and her expression on her face radiated peace and rest. At the cemetery they used their best vehicle and allowed us to take our time saying good bye. There was a pastor available even though we didn't use his service we were glad he was there. Thank you very much to all the staff at James Memorial. Please continue the legacy of excellent service for years to come.

I will always have the most gratitude for this funeral home. Having loved ones/friends services here, we have always been shown respect, courtesy, and empathy. We have never been rushed and they take their time. Just recently losing my brother; the calls, the viewing, even how excellent they made my brother look, decision planning, etc was top notch. Every situation is different of course but I have been to many services here and talked with families and they have never had a bad word for this funeral home. I'd like to share my experience with James Funeral Services and say I'm so thankful for the entire staff and all that they have done for my family and I. Losing my mother the hardest thing I've ever experienced in my life. I was worried at first based on previous reviews but when I seen my mother I was amazed of how beautiful she looked.... she was glowing like an Angel. Everything was so perfect including the priest that was provided to us. The priest uplifted us despite his broken English, he was very bubbly and made us laugh during this difficult time which is what we needed. We were not rushed out and they were so compassionate. I appreciate everything from the bottom of my heart and I'll recommend this Funeral Service to everyone. I know my Mom is smiling in heaven.
