My mom’s passing has been one of the hardest things to deal with. Dieterle Memorial really made the process easy and comforting. Everyone there was amazing to work with. They were all very patient with us as this was our first time having to handle any kind of funeral arrangements. Becky worked with us throughout this whole process and she was very caring, knowledgeable and patient with us. Even after the funeral services we still had some things to complete and she was always available and there to answer all of our questions and requests. She and Dieterle really went above and beyond! Becky was helping my siblings and I to plan a funeral for my father. She made it very easy for us. Becky is a great funeral director who went above and beyond her duties.
