The amount of time and patience given by Boardman-Smith was incredible. They took great care of my mother last year. When my father passed, I was definitely comfortable choosing them again. The staff at Boardman-Smith were extremely respectful as they were equally professional, kind and thoughtful. They did a wonderful job on the funeral service for my beloved cousin, Tami Schofield that I am going to dearly miss. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate the terrific hospitality, thank you.

My grandmothers funeral was held here today. There was a broadcast for those who could not make it. The "funeral director" stood behind the camera the entire time making a ton of noise. Made it very hard to hear when the people speaking were on the other side of the room and the director stood behind the camera moving around. Also ended the video before the service had ended. I called twice (once to let them know about the noise behind the camera making it hard to hear, and once to let them know they ended the video too early). Berry? Mary? who answered the phone both times did not once apologize nor try to fix the situation. Would not recommend.
