Heirs Baxley did a wonderful job with the arrangements for my father. They were understanding and very professional. Lamario took his time with us when planning and he was very knowledgeable about the veteran's funeral process. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and were handled with care. Lacey handled the funeral and was phenomenal in every aspect of the wake and the funeral day. She was caring and very understanding of the blended family we had.

I contacted Rick Gugli of Hiers-Baxley (The Villages) after my sister's passing and cremation in Colorado Springs. Her desire to have services in The Villages in Florida and to be placed with her husband at the Florida National Cemetery necessitated all arrangements to be conducted by text or phone. We arrived at the Funeral Home (having had no prior personal visits) and Rick had everything in order incl a Deacon, a buffet to follow and arrangements for travel and interment at the cemetery. Rick handled everything flawlessly with compassion and professionalism and was available every moment of the day for advice and assistance. The Funeral Home was First Class and well appointed. I cannot recommend Rick and Hiers-Baxley Strongly enough. Doubly so since all was handled at a distance with no personal contact prior to the day of the service. Our trust was awarded in full.

The entire experience was managed perfectly from my perspective. At such a difficult time they folks were compassionate, warming and took the time to listen to my questions/ concerns. As a result the process as difficult it is was exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Regards
