When HT May was asked to intervene with family differences, he stepped in and resolved the issue while being very polite, professional and understanding. All measures were taken to show love and understanding. The son handled all paperwork and submitted everything in a timely manner. Mr. May’s calm and gentle voice on the phone inspired complete confidence in his commitment to handling my husband with dignity and sacred care. Mr. May worked with the hospital and Mid-America transplant to take care of the transportation so that I did not have to worry further about what would happen. Mr. May came to our home and spoke with my family and me and answered all of our questions without any pressure to purchase anything, but rather to honor and carry out my husband’s final wishes. I would highly recommend H.T. May funeral home if you are ever in need of their service. We made one phone call to Tommy and everything was taken care of by he and his staff. While he is considered part of our family he went “above the call of duty” in taking care of our needs after our mother had passed.
