If youre looking for quick or speedy arrangements this is not the facility .My 91 year old Father passed July 29th finally bought him/death certificates home August 23rd. What a horrible herendous experience right from the beginning director was 40 minutes late, could not find my father's funeral contract, never called to put obituary in newspaper, had to call hospital doctor myself to get death certificate signed, other things but worse was demanding not asking but demanding 3 times when are we going to pick him up extremely rude, sent out intern couldn't face us in person. Horrible experience overall. If I could put 0 stars I would.

The staff members were compassionate, understanding, and professional as they helped us navigate the process of cremation. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful team that assisted me during this challenging period. Special thanks to Clarissa Muellar and Roxana Irías for their helpfulness in making the process easier.
