The death of a loved one is a difficult experience. John was very professional and extremely helpful. He help make a very stressful time as simple and smooth as possible. He was responsive to all my communications and able to accommodate my families needs. Cost is never something that you want to think of at a time like that but Bach-Yager is also very reasonable.
