We said our last goodbyes to Tina Miller. The service was great and seeing old family again. It's so funny the only time you get to see old friends and family is at a going home celebration aka funeral. I haven't see my niece and nephew in years.

From the moment I first contacted them, the staff was compassionate and understanding, and they took care of every detail with professionalism and care. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the funeral director was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process. The service itself was beautiful and meaningful, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, I am extremely grateful to the funeral home for the support they provided during such a difficult time, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They truly made a difficult situation as bearable as possible, and for that I am deeply thankful. Thank you from the Oliver family, we hope to never use you again.

Vanessa Granby is very unprofessional and very rude. My father passed away we used there services and Vanessa did not acknowledge me or even spoke to me. Me and my cousin made the decisions for my father’s funeral. I don’t understand how Devin became in control of the decision making when this was a family effort and family decision. I came with a ring for my father to wear one last time and when I gave the ring to the director she said it wouldn’t be lost. Once the funeral was over the ring went missing I had to get upset and ask who took the ring I brought in for my father to wear. Vanessa created a hostile atmosphere once she gave the ring to the wrong person! I almost lost my father’s ring. Vanessa also had private undisclosed meeting Devin and she was not in charge of my father’s funeral. She gave the signature book, cards from my father friends, a framed picture and the death certificates to someone that had no say so towards this funeral. I would like to also add that the immediate family came at 2:30pm as per granby to have a private viewing before the funeral started and Vanessa messed that up because Devin came late(3:15) so family could not mourn privately. Very unprofessional I’m that man’s only flesh and blood and for me to go thru this is really deeply saddening. My father’s last farewell was ruined by Vanessa and Devin!!!
