From the moment my family and I walked into the funeral home we was treated respect. The way McCall's cared for mom was nothing short of amazing. The care and dignity of mom's remain was treated as she was there own family member. Everyone admired how beautiful mom looked. The Dunn family is forever grateful to McCall's for making a difficult time in our life so easy to get through.

Honestly I am still having flashbacks about my son’s father’s funeral that was on Friday 3/22/24 and how poor of a job McCall’s delivered. I cry tears every time I think about what a mess it was. When I first came in to plan the funeral I dealt with Ms. Myers and I told her I have no knowledge about planning a funeral. This is the first person that I ever lost that was so close to me! She assured me that she is here to help and not to worry. That was my FIRST and ONLY time meeting with her! We had scheduled appointments that she never showed up to! I had to call and email her constantly every single day. She would call back days later. I literally did everything by myself! I came in to the funeral home to sign a document, turned out to be me ID’ing my son’s dead dad on a piece of paper from the morgue. No one told me his dead body would be on that paper. Totally took me off guard. After that encounter I complained to the owner and he basically did not take any accountability for Ms.Myers actions. He blamed me for everything. I requested to put someone else on my case because I couldn’t take it. They gave me Anthony and thank god for him because he tried to assist in the best way he can. When I dealt with Ms.Myers I picked out a specific casket and when Anthony went over it she wrote something totally different. On the day we came to check everything out I didn’t even notice that it wasn’t the correct casket until the day of the funeral when I walked in and I just sat there sobbing and angry because this is not what I asked for. Everything was disorganized EVERYTHING! I hate every moment of that day and I blame Mccalls for this. They took advantage and did not have any empathy or interest! Thank god for Anthony stepping in to change this slightly! It’s many more issues that I have with them but this is just to make a few. DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience

My family and I had a memorial service here on November 3 2023 the services were scheduled for 10am-12pm by surprise and in a distasteful manner the funeral director were kicking my family out the chapel by 10:45 am, asking to clear the room for another service . I am furious and disgusted by the inconsiderate service . Why would you double book a chapel for two services back to back and then not service the full time appointed to us . On top of that the Easel picture was never made / blown up . And the the cremation remains were displayed on a box with wrapping paper. I will never recommend nor have another service here . My family came from all over the world and we had 45 mins for an entire memorial , people were still on their way . While we demanded answers the funeral director hid out in her office and had someone tell us she wasn’t there.
