Ross-Roden really came through supporting my family through a very difficult time. When my cousin suddenly passed, understandably things were stressful and in a daze with myself and my family. Ms Francine was amazing from the time I first called her and through the process of booking and making arrangements. Her lead staff contact Ms Thalia, Ms Kimberly were equally amazing through the planning and execution of my Cousin’s viewing & cremation funeral. My family had to bring my cousin from El Salvador to the United States & needless to say, the process was a terrible one; from getting the documents translated, to loosing the documents at the airport cargo & having Ms Francine meet us there with my cousin’s mother. We had 2 viewings booked & she managed to ensure that we had those viewings even though my Cousin had not made it back on time. She was soooooo extremely patient & empathetic to our situation. I cannot say enough on how grateful my family is to her & the staff. I do hope that I will not need to utilize their services for a very long time, but will not hesitate to call or recommend next time we are in need of their services.
