Banks did an exceptional job when my mom passed away in Texas on 10/30/23. Since she had lived the majority of her life in Milwaukee, she wanted to buried with other family there. Banks coordinated shipping my mom through the services of a local funeral home and also reached out to the cemetery in Milwaukee to help ensure everything was done as smoothly as possible. This was a great help and reduced my stress level. I am thankful because everyone complimented how good my mom looked and how well things went during the funeral. Mr. Banks contacted me a number of times while my mom was in their care. He was compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process.
