Staff was absolutely helpful and supportive. I love that the place allows intimacy and one service at a time. They also allowed us to be able to let my brothers dog see him one last time. I would totally work with them again in the future if tragedy strikes again. Great technology as far as virtual services. Spill over room was so helpful. Looking forward to seeing the new renovation. So disappointed in this funeral home. My father recently passed away and was taken here. When we came to view him before the funeral, he was completely unrecognizable (swollen, discolored, odor, etc.). They did not warn us at all of the drastic change in appearance before showing us him. It wasn't until we asked them what was going on that they gave us some vague response. I will likely never get this horrible image out of my head and I think it was just handled horribly on their behalf. I do not recall them even apologizing within this moment.
