I received services from Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home just a few weeks ago. I wanted to share my experience. I had connected with Eric, the funeral Director/Owner about two months in advance to discuss what my options were on pre-rearrangements. My experience was amazing with the level of patience and educational Information that was provided during the consultation. Eric was extremely understanding of what the final wishes were. He was very respectful and stopped at nothing to make sure that we received exactly what we were looking for. What was extremely touching was that I received a phone call from their office soon after my loved one arrive to the location. They addressed and presented the update as “he is now in our care”-letting me know that they were taking care of things accordingly. That level of respect will forever be remembered in my heart. Although the circumstances were unfortunate, they provided a level of comfort. We weren’t just another family or business transaction. We were a family that they welcomed with open arms. If I may share, I indeed did set the expectations very high. Honestly and openly i share that Eric and his staff did an amazing job at meeting those expectations. The end result, the way my loved one was groomed and taking care of was exceptional. I was highly impressed and brought to complete tears on how amazing he looked. None of his features were changed, and every request was granted. Absolute Excellence! Eric, Deanna, Kollandra and others displayed such poise, kindness and professionalism, throughout our entire experience. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to speak with. We also noticed the effort that went into recently refreshing the building interior. It is stunning, with an elegant neutral color palette and exquisite decor. It is really a place to be proud to welcome our friends and family, during such a somber time. In years passed, Rochette Funeral home displayed the same professionalism for a different family member, so we knew just where to go this time.
