They went beyond my expectations at such a time as this , they welcomed us and made us feel at home and furthermore went all the way to the graveyard with us spending their time with our grieving family , I highly recommend them . These folks do not take responsibility for anything. They will not make the situation right. I was due a refund for shipping that I had to pay double of what the USPS charges & my husband's remains we're not delivered when the post office guaranteed delivery. Sine I paid Ballard for the shipping they had to be the ones to request the refund. I don't know what they've done with the post office but 8 days after they claim a money order was mailed to me it still has not arrived and they will do nothing about stopping payment and reissuing. On top of that the $4200 they charge for direct cremation is a very high markup because the county only pays $1000 in for a cremation. This funeral home has done NOTHING to assist me. It's all things they initiated and there is nothing I can do on my end. THEY REFUSE TO BE OF ANY HELP! I have done everything they have asked. THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP!
