We recently had to make funeral arrangements for our father/grandpa. Dave took very well care of us. It was a quick easy planning and everything went smooth. One thing we specifically requested was to get a copy of his fingerprints for our family and unfortunately we were just told “they overlooked it “ and did not get them. That is a pretty big deal so the reason I’m giving 3 stars … if that hadn’t happened , it would’ve been 5 stars : /
