We've had a horrible experience at one of the worst times of our lives. They would not return our calls, my wife even went to the funeral home to speak to someone and "he" wasn't available but she was ensured a return call and of course it did not happen. Our mother's body was sent to another state for her funeral, we were never given any information as to when it was happening. It has been over 6 weeks and we have not heard anything about a death certificate. They promise to help you during this challenging time.....this did not happen!
