Was disappointed today, Veterans Day, as I came up to my dads grave, to see the lawn care four wheeler parked over the end of some graves IN the veteran section. I understand the need for the lawn care, but honestly should’ve been done before the day set aside for showing respect to our veterans rather than 11am the day of. Frustrated as well by the nonchalant attitude shown by one member of the staff when I went inside and brought this to their attention. There was ample room to have parked this vehicle further from the graves. Especially on a day when families are going to be out paying respect to their loved ones.

It is more difficult than it should be to plan a funeral here. My father passed away, and when I went to plan for the funeral… Keep in mind my father was 83 years old. The lady there asked if I was his wife after I had told her twice that I was his daughter. I was rushed in to grab a casket and then she shoved invoice in front of me and never explained any of the other charges. At least I am able to understand them. The girl that wrote the obituary was also very rude. We just finished with our funeral…… wrong color casket, not what we picked out. The folks called right before funeral home…… had forgotten which poem, didnt know what color guess book . Awful customer service! Don’t use these folks!

They do an Amazing job from the first moment to the last. Very Respectful and Helpful. Understand this is one of the most Stressful times in your life! Also quite good with pre-arrangements. Permit you to not only pick out your coffin but give details of how YOU want the Ceremony (before you're Dead) 🤭 I just find that pretty cool myself!
