When my husband was dying, I called Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Murfreesboro and preplanned his ceremony. My stepson and wife were with me. Josh Brown is the person who did everything for us. He has been so friendly, compassionate, considerate of my situation. Every aspect of it was perfection! He made it so easy on all of us. He organized a military ceremony for my husband Jim who was a proud Veteran. The ceremony was so perfect! His ashes were put in the Veterans Cemetery in Pegram TN. Josh took care of all the details. I highly recommend Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Murfreesboro. I recently met with Josh about my own final wishes because I know they will handle everything with care and do exactly what I want. Everyone I have met at Woodfin during this difficult time has been very kind, helpful and caring.

We had a sudden death in my family and this place was recommended by a family member who had a funeral here previously. The service was not horrible but I felt at times one the directors was being rude and insensitive. In my opinion he seemed very uncomfortable by the fact we were also speaking Spanish. He talked about sensitive information about my loved ones autopsy in front of the family at the funeral. It upset my mother a lot. When I asked him about it he said sorry but dismissed it quickly and was incredibly insensitive and rude about it. If it wasn’t for that instance I would have given 3 stars but that interaction afterwards left me feeling incredibly disrespected and I wish we had gone to a different place so my mother would not have gone through that.

My mother passed away a week ago and Woodfin handled her arrangements. They were wonderful from beginning to end. I worked directly with Rosemarie and Lexi, and I couldn’t have asked for better funeral directors. Thank you for all you guys do ♥️♥️
