From the time we began the process of making decisions about the final care of our mother, Brandon Nelson stepped in and guided us through the entire process. They are hands down, the BEST ever! We were having our mother shipped back to Georgia and Brandon made sure we knew everything we needed in order to make this passage as smooth as possible. He was readily available any time we called with questions or concerns. He treated us like family. There were four of us sisters making decisions and asking many questions and he never acted as if we were a burden or trouble. We honestly felt like we were a part of their family. Finally, when my mother passed, they made sure that EVERY detail was covered with the excellence and grace she deserved. They even allowed us a virtual "viewing" of my mom before they flew her to Georgia. My mother's final services were done in Georgia and if we could have paid for Nelson and Sons to see the details through in Georgia, we would have paid the cost. Nelson & Sons is the family you want caring for your family and loved one during a time of bereavement. They are so caring, gentle, and considerate.

I am so very thankful to have worked with Nelson and Sons for funeral arrangements for my mother. Originally from GA, I moved my mother from GA to Murfreesboro area a little over 5 years ago to care for her as she battled Alzheimers and Vascular dementia. She fought a long battle but as her time with us would wind down at the end of March, we started making preparations. Our plan was to send her back to GA for final burial so we needed a funeral home here as well as GA. Through divine direction, we landed with Nelson and Sons in Murfreesboro to prepare her for the return to GA. From that moment on, we were treated us as family. Brandon, our contact, was available, attentive, patient and showed us the utmost respect. He answered ALL of our many questions from more than one family member. He took care of everything with exceptional care down to the finest details, walking with us every step of the way through the passing of my mom to getting her back to GA safely. I cannot imagine working with anyone else for my mom's final arrangements. She deserved the very best and we found that in Nelson and Sons! Highly recommended!!

The Nelsons were incredible! They made everything so easy and smooth especially during a time that is very hard. Even post the services they provided. They continue to make sure that the space where my dad is beautiful and clean. They even planted a tree next to him. they truly are caring wonderful people and provide amazing customer service.
