So kind and immediately responsive, they worked seamlessly with the out-of-state funeral home to see that our loved one was taken care of and transferred in a timely fashion. They even assisted a local family member after hours to ensure our loved one's desired attire and belongings were retrieved. They also communicated via text message, not just to get business done; they sent gentle messages of support and respect for our loss. And now, exactly one year to the day, we've gotten another text just to let us know they remember and are checking in on us. When I lived in Murfreesboro, they were always a known quantity - someone to be trusted in the most devastating of times. That was almost 30 years ago yet it seems they've maintained that integrity.
