My dog recently passed away unexpectedly. In the past we have always had a home burial for our pets, but as we age did not want to risk our health creating the grave. I called a handful of pet cremation service providers and just talking to Julie over the phone put me at ease. Julie was wonderful to talk with, and she connected me with Kira (sorry if spelled wrong) who as well was just as wonderful. They worked with me the same day and made arrangements for me to bring my dog to them the next morning. I let them know I could not bring myself to see his body, so they handled his body with care and asked if I wanted to stay in my car even. Death is not an easy thing to deal with and the way Julie and Kira made me feel was a nice change. I have already told my husband that I will be using these services when any of our other pets pass away. Now just to wait to bring my little buddy's ashes home to have with me for the rest of my time here on Earth. Thanks again for everything you have done.

I wish I could give this company 100 stars my dog passes away lastnight and with in two hours of her passing they was at my house picking her up the gentleman that picked her up was very professional and treated her like she was a member of my family today we had to go to the funeral home to discuss what we wanted and the lady was also very professional and let us pick out everything we wanted and didn't try to upsell anything I obviously hope to never need this service again but I would definitely use them again if it is ever needed
